IntakeData Systems provides automated patient acquisition and lead-routing infrastructure. Requesting a "Systems Audit" does not guarantee deployment. We reserve the right to deny service to clinics that do not meet our baseline operational criteria, margin requirements, or infrastructure capacity.
2. Client Medical Liability
IntakeData Systems is a software and marketing infrastructure provider, not a medical entity. We do not provide clinical advice. Our partner clinics are 100% responsible for ensuring that all medical procedures, patient consultations, deposit collections, and treatments comply with state medical boards, HIPAA, and local healthcare regulations.
3. Performance Projections
Any metrics, case values, or ROI numbers displayed on this architecture represent baseline data across optimized deployments. They do not constitute a legal guarantee of specific financial returns. Results depend heavily on the clinic’s internal closing ability and geographical market conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
The automated routing protocols, SMS conversational AI templates, funnel architectures, and proprietary software configurations installed by IntakeData Systems remain the intellectual property of our agency. Clients are granted a license to use these assets for the duration of their active partnership.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IntakeData Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost data) arising out of the use or inability to use our infrastructure.
